We offer store credit only. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you online store credit or exchange. Please refer to our refund policy to check whether your item is eligible for store credit or exchange.

Standard Delivery: £4.19 – FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £90 – Royal Mail 2nd class recorded service, delivered within 2-5 working days.*
Royal Mail 1st Class: £5.05 - Royal Mail 1st class recorded service, delivered within 1-3 working days.*
DPD Standard: £5.99 - Delivered within 1-2 working days.*
Next Day Delivery: £9 - Royal Mail next day 1pm service, order must be received by 11am to ensure same day despatch.
USA Delivery: $30 – FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $500 – Shipping price may change when more items are added.
The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties, this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country and is the responsibility of the customer.
* Once the item has been shipped it becomes the responsibility of the courier and Anaqa Inspired cannot be held accountable for any delays.
