Online Policy
Subject to the conditions set forth below we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with all internal garment tags intact including original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns on any personalised or bespoke items.
Fragrances and perfumes can only be returned if unopened, sealed and in original packaging. Oil fragrances in clear bottles cannot be returned.
Any defects which includes, marks, stains, damage or distinct smells on the items which suggest they have been worn, will mean that a return is not accepted. Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the buyer shall be returned to the buyer.
Refunds do not include shipping costs. Furthermore, a 10% handling fee will be applied if items are returned overly creased, or without their original packaging, which includes the box, plastic, and tags.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 14 days of receipt and in compliance with the refund policy. Please be advised in the interests of hygiene we cannot accept returns or exchanges of hijabs.
Please ensure you have looked at the product description before placing your order.
Sale, pre-order or discounted and made to order items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items purchased using online store credit also cannot be refunded.
Promotional Offers
When returning an item, if you received any promotion and the return results in the order no longer meeting the promotion criteria, any costs associated with the promotion will be deducted. If you received an item as part of a promotion with your order, both the item and your order must be returned for the return to be considered valid.
How do I return my order?
Reach out to us at hello@anaqainspired.com and include the information described below. You will then receive an email detailing the returns process.
You will need to include the following information on your email:
- Order Number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
- Product code (product code located on the product page)
- Reason for return
If you have multiple items in your order, enter the product code of the item you wish to return.
When returning items we recommend using a tracked service with delivery confirmation. In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide Proof of Postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage. Anaqa Inspired will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please note, shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Anaqa Inspired. If we have to return the item back to you due to the return policy not being followed, a shipping fee of £4.19 will need to be paid. We will keep the item on hold till the fee is paid. All shipping charges are non-refundable and if your shipping fee was waived, refund will be excluding the shipping fee.
Please note that returns are not free and it is the responsibility of the customer to send the items back to us. Items purchased using online store credit cannot be refunded.
How do I exchange my order?
Reach out to us at hello@anaqainspired.com and include the information described below. You will then receive an email detailing the returns process.
You will need to include the following information on your email:
- Order Number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
- Product code (product code located on the product page)
- Reason for return
Please include your order number and details of the item (product code located on the product page) and size you’d like to exchange to. An exchange will be accepted if in compliance with the returns policy stated above.
When returning items we recommend using a tracked service with delivery confirmation. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Anaqa Inspired will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
All exchanges are subject to availability, in the event of items no longer being in stock or supply difficulties, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute items of an equal or higher value.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your item has been inspected and approved for refund (this can take up to 5 days from the day we receive the item back). The return will be made via the original payment method. Additionally, we offer a store credit option with an extra £5 bonus. For instance, if your order totals £50, we'll provide you with a return store credit of £55.
You will receive an email confirmation once the return is complete. While the return of funds to your payment method can take up to 10 business days, it is usually processed much faster depending on your bank.
Please note we do not accept returns on sale, pre-order or discounted items.
Can I cancel/return a pre-order ?
If an item has been specifically ordered for you, there is a grace period of 24 hours where the customer can cancel their pre-order. After 24 hours have passed it is no longer possible to cancel a pre-order.
Store Policy
In-Store Purchases:
Items bought in-store are non-refundable. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase.
Online Purchases:
Returns for online purchases cannot be processed in-store. Follow our online returns procedure above for returns.
Hijabs Policy:
Hijabs included with abayas are complimentary and not eligible for exchange. All other hijabs are non-refundable.
