In cases where the total Anaqa Inspired has paid for the delivery service is less than the amount paid by the customer, the surplus funds will be allocated to cover packaging expenses. If the customer has paid a notably higher sum, a refund will be issued accordingly.
* Once the item has been shipped it becomes the responsibility of the courier and Anaqa Inspired cannot be held accountable for any delays.
Customs
The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties, this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country and is the responsibility of the customer. Anaqa Inspired has no control on any custom fees nor the costs involved.
In the event that a parcel is returned to Anaqa Inspired due to unpaid fees, and if there are outstanding freight or additional charges associated with the return shipment, these will be deducted before processing an item value refund. Please note that Anaqa Inspired will only refund the item value, excluding any shipping fees and additional charges.
With the implementation of new Brexit rules, shipments to Europe may incur customs fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to clear any customs fees that may arise during the delivery process.
