We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of items that meet the following conditions: the item must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all internal garment tags intact, and in its original packaging. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns are not accepted for memberships, perfumes, hijabs, or any headwear, including khimars sold with abaya sets. For more details, please review our returns policy here.
The actual colour of the items may appear different from the pictures shown, we try to portray the colours as accurately as possible but occasionally there may be slight differences out of our control. The complimentary hijab may differ in colour, style and material to that which the model is wearing. The hijab the model is wearing is for display purposes only. The belt you receive may differ in colour or material depending on material availability at the time of order.
